I am a certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist . Currently , I am working as a Personal trainer and Nutritionist in Goodlife Health Club, Hoppers Crossing. I am specialised in strength training, glute Building workouts, weight and fat loss and muscle development. I did my own body transformation and now helping men and women from 19 years old to 60 years old with good health or with injuries, recovering after surgeries and joint / lower back pain issues.
